WHEN SHOULD I BOOK MY mini SESSION?
It's best to book your session ASAP. Mini sessions are only available on these specific dates in the Fall. When they are sold out, then only full sessions will remain.
Why a Mini Session?
Minis are great for families who need a quick updated set of photos for holiday cards, and for families who like to book multiple sessions a year. They are short, sweet, and fun for eveyone!
What should we wear?
I have the best news... when you book your mini session with Christine Deaton Creative I immediately send you my Style Guide to help you prepare for your session! My best quick tips are to choose neutral, earth-tones, and solid prints. Add in layers with sweaters or vests, and details with jewelry and children's hair accessories.
When should we arrive?
Because Mini Sessions are booked back-to-back, there is no wiggle room in my schedule. If you are running late I unfortunately cannot give you extra time during your session since it would push back each session following. Please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes early, that way we can be sure to get all those love-soaked photos of your beautiful family!
How many people can be in a mini session?
Mini Sessions are designated for families and children, and unfortunately they cannot accommodate anyone that is not immediate family. If you would like to book a session with extended family and/or your pets, then I would love to book a full session for you.
What is the cancellation policy?
Mini-sessions are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled. Please make sure before booking that you are available on the date and time you book. If you absolutely cannot make your session and have a personal/family emergency, then please contact me via email to discuss your options.
What if it rains on the day of our session?
Weather happens, and I'm always watching the forecast as mini session dates approach. If I find that we need to reschedule mini sessions I will immediately contact you with more information. If for some reason you cannot make the alternative date, then you can use the credit towards a future session.
Can i give or sell my mini session to someone else?
YES! Absolutely. You can gift or sell your mini-session if you are unable to attend. Please make sure that the new client emails me to sign their own contract.
WHEN WILL I GET MY PHOTOS?
I deliver your digital gallery link within 3 weeks so you can preview all the edited photos from your shoot. I choose only the most flattering, beautiful photos. Then you are able to download your favorite 15 photos. If you want more, you can purchase them a la carte directly from your gallery!
